Closed Feb 3, 2026 Big-game primary draw (deer, elk, pronghorn, bear, moose) Deadline was 8 p.m. MT. A current-year qualifying license is required to apply.
Closed Apr 7, 2026 Fall & late turkey draw Deadline was 8 p.m. MT. Over-the-counter fall and late licenses went on sale June 18.
Closed May 29, 2026 Big-game secondary draw (leftover limited licenses) Deadline was 8 p.m. MT.
Closed Jun 30, 2026 Leftover limited & over-the-counter licenses on sale Sale day, not a deadline — sales open 9 a.m. MT online, in person and by phone. Reissued hunt codes drop Wednesdays around 11 a.m. MT from the following week.
